Objective of the drill:
Improving approach.

Explanation of the drill:
Several mats are placed in a line. For right-handed persons, the first step is left, which is a small step just before the mat. The second step is large (over the mat), and right after a braking step and a jump. This exercise is to be repeated.

10-15 minutes
