Objective of the drill:
Learning the setter to play the same set but in two different paces. The hitters learn  different movement patterns for the different hitting combinations.

Explanation of the drill:
The passer (placed in a random position) plays the first ball. The middle-player moves towards the back of the setter for a fake ball and the front right player crosses the path of the middle front player in second pace in front of the setter. The right front player gets a set. At the same time, the coach throws the ball towards the same passer, and the middle-hitter moves from the back of the setter to the front and spikes the second set in front of the setter. The passer goes to the front right of the court and a new middle-player comes in. A new passer is ready.
