Objective of the drill:
Increasing speed and agility.

Explanation of the drill:
The teams are lined up behind a cone. The first player runs to the next cone, runs around it and runs back. The second player starts when the first player is back. The first team that has finished, is the winner. Variations that can be applied to this game: sprinting, frog jumping, ambushing, knee lifting, hopping, sprinting with a ball, passing overhead, or forearm passing.

XL Challenge:
Place a balloon on the centre line of the volleyball court. The players, alternately, sprints towards the balloon and digs, in order to blow against the balloon. The next player can do the same after the first player has tagged him/her. The first team that has blown the ball over the back line, is the winner.

10-15 minutes
