Description

Objective of the drill:
Improving overheadsetting skills.

Explanation of the drill:
The players are standing behind a cone in 2 teams. Every team has one ball. The first person in line tosses the ball for themselves and passes it overhead, aiming the ball into the basket. If a player succeeds, he/she gets 1 point. The first team that has 10 points, wins the game.

10 minutes
