Objective of the drill:
Improving approach and jumping power.

Explanation of the drill:
The players are standing in line a few metres behind the springboard. The first player places his/her left foot right before the board (approximately one arm’s length away). The second step is big, as in the drill of Yo mate, and the last step, the players have to stamp very hard on the board, like they want to break it. For teaching them the last two steps correctly, you can place tape on the board, to show where they have to place their feet. This exercise should be done mirrored for left-handed people. A different colour of tape could be used for them. This drill can be done with and without a volleyball.
