Objection of the drill:
Preparing for moving and practising intensively, by means of movement preps.

Explanation of the drill:
Stand straight. Place your hands on the floor, while keeping your legs straight. ‘Walk’ with your hands forward, until your body is horizontal. After that, you try to walk with your feet and ankles while keeping knees straight and tight. Repeat this exercise approximately 10 times.
