Objective of the drill:
Improving ball control and communication.

Explanation of the drill:
Each pair has one ball. They are standing facing each other, with a 2 metres distance between them. They have to play the ball to each other, but cannot use the same type of ballcontact during the exercise. When they have arrived near the net, the first player can go to the other side. The second player does the same, and gets the ball sett by the first player. The second player hit or taps the ball right against the antenna. When the volleyball players succeeded, they can try Golf part 2.
