Objective of the drill:
Improving focus, communication, task control and perseverance.

Explanation of the drill:
Chaos Easy starts as a warming up, but ends as a real battle (watch chaos medium and hard). The players are placed (randomly) on the volleyball court. The ball is caught and directly thrown over the net (single contact). The player has to throw the ball in the same way he/she caught the ball. When a player has thrown the ball, he/she runs to a wall in order to touch it (at the back or side of the court), followed by him/her running back into the court. The rest of the ‘team’ has turned positions. When someone makes an error (into the net or out of bounds), that person has to sprint around the court of the opposite side.
