Objective of the drill:
Improving setting skills.

Explanation of the drill:
The players attach a rope to their ankle and to the hula hoop (with the hoop at approximately 1.5 metre distance). The players throw the ball at least 2 metres into the air. One point is earned if the ball lands into the hula hoop. The first player that has achieved this for 10 times, wins the game. The rope is, so you don’t have to walk back and forth to get the ball and than the hoop. Where you are the hoop is.

Duration of the drill:
10-15 minutes
