Description

Objective of the drill:
Improving coordination and sense of direction

Explanation of the drill:
Each player stands near a cone. Every pair has one ball. Alternately, the players try to roll the ball against the cone of the other player. Every time the cone is hit, one point is scored. The player or pair with the most points wins.

XL Challenge:
As a challenge, the players can try to roll the ball through the hula hoop against the cone. Every time the cone is hit, one point is scored. The player or pair with the most points wins. It is necessary for the players to talk to each other in order to place the hula hoop at the right spot.
